Join a collaborative primary care team in the Atlanta, GA area as a patient-focused Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. This role delivers a consistent schedule and the chance to provide comprehensive, high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Schedule options

• Full-time: Three 12-hour shifts per week; every-other-weekend coverage required. Weekend availability mandatory.
• Part-time: Minimum 20 hours/week with consistent availability. Options:
  • Two weekdays consistently (24 hours/week), or
  • One weekday (12 hours) plus one weekend day (8 hours).

Opportunities available in Alpharetta, Atlanta, Braselton, Dallas, Decatur, Duluth, and Tyrone, GA.

Compensation & benefits

• Salary range: $138,000–$159,000 annually (average $147,000)

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary care: assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct physical exams and preventive health screenings
• Develop and implement patient treatment plans
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests
• Prescribe medications and therapies per state regulations
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (EMR)

Qualifications

• Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
• Active, unrestricted Georgia NP or PA license
• Current DEA registration or ability to obtain one
• Preferred 1–2 years of primary care experience; well-prepared new graduates with strong clinical training will be considered
