Family Medicine Physician — Adult Primary Care (Auburn, NY)

We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine physician to join an adult primary care practice in Auburn, NY. This opportunity is ideal for a clinician who values continuity, efficiency, and collaborative, patient-centered care within a supportive outpatient environment.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive primary care to an adult patient panel, managing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Maintain an efficient clinic schedule (approximately 15-minute appointment slots) while ensuring high-quality, individualized care.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to coordinate care and promote continuity.
• Document care and communicate effectively using electronic medical record systems.
• Participate in a weekly on-call rotation.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m.; weekly on-call rotation.

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Active or eligible for New York State medical licensure
• Minimum 2 years clinical experience in Family Medicine or adult primary care
• Strong clinical decision-making, diagnostic skills, and ability to manage a high-volume panel
