Regional Medical Director, Primary Care — Boston (Hybrid; Family/Internal Medicine)

We’re seeking an experienced, board-certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to serve as a Regional Medical Director overseeing several outpatient primary care sites around Boston, MA. This hybrid role blends leadership and hands-on care: expect about three days a week focused on administrative and strategic initiatives and one to two days a week practicing clinically at a local site.

• Base salary range: $270,000–$320,000+ (depending on incentives)

What we need (non-negotiable)

• Board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Primary care experience
