Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Littleton, NH (Full-Time)

We're looking for an experienced, compassionate Emergency Medicine Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in picturesque Littleton, New Hampshire. This is a full-time role in a well-supported rural emergency department where you'll make a real difference for patients and be part of a collaborative clinical team.

What you’ll do

• Provide high-quality emergency care for patients across the lifespan.
• Triage, assess, diagnose, and treat a broad range of urgent and emergent conditions.
• Work closely with physicians, nurses, and support staff in a fast-paced environment.
• Participate in ongoing quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.
• Use strong clinical judgment and the ability to manage patients independently in a rural setting.

Compensation & benefits

• $70–$80 per hour, depending on experience.

What we’re looking for

• Current NP or PA licensure in New Hampshire, or the ability to obtain it.
• National certification as an NP or PA.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Emergency Medicine.
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.
• DEA registration.
• Excellent clinical skills, strong judgment, and comfort working autonomously in a rural ED.
