• Block schedule working 5 - 7 consecutive shifts with flexible start times
• Low-acuity, low-volume critical access hospital with no ICU or procedures
• APPs onsite 2 pm - 11 pm; overnight call reserved for true emergencies only
• Hospital-employed position with competitive hourly compensation
