Part-Time Adult Primary Care Physician (Family Practice) — Downtown Los Angeles, CA

We're a mission-driven, value-based care organization growing in Downtown Los Angeles, and we're looking for a part-time Adult Primary Care Physician to join our collaborative team. This role offers a great mix of professional satisfaction and personal flexibility: a 4-day work week (30 hours) so you can deliver attentive, preventive care without sacrificing work–life balance.

You’ll practice patient-centered medicine in a team-based setting that emphasizes prevention, quality outcomes, and long-term relationships with patients. Our model gives you the time and resources to focus on what matters—keeping patients healthy and helping them navigate care.

What we offer

• Part-time schedule: 4 days per week, 30 hours total
• Competitive compensation: $253,643–$380,464 annually, plus bonus eligibility

What we’re looking for

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active, unrestricted medical license in California
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
• Active DEA license
• A strong commitment to patient-centered, preventive, value-based care
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
