We are seeking a full-time bilingual Nurse Practitioner to provide relationship-based care in a supportive, team-oriented environment.
Position highlights
- Annual compensation: $108,466–$162,698
- Eligible for Annual Incentive Plan
- Full-time schedule with a manageable panel: 10–15 patients per day
- Visit lengths of 20–60 minutes to support comprehensive care

Requirements
- Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Current Nevada APRN license or eligibility for licensure
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner through an accredited national certifying body
- Current, unrestricted RN/APRN license
- Valid DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Bilingual Spanish/English fluency required
- Primary care experience strongly preferred; experience caring for adult patients
- Strong clinical assessment, communication, and care coordination skills
- Commitment to team-based, patient-centered care and quality outcomes
- EMR proficiency; experience with population health or value-based care is a plus
