Director of Pharmacy | $185K + Annual Bonus | Lead a Growing Chicago-Area Hospital Pharmacy CPH# JOB-3389633

We're seeking a Director of Pharmacy to lead pharmacy operations at a well-established acute care community hospital in the Chicagoland area. This is an excellent opportunity to oversee a 20-person pharmacy team while providing strategic and operational leadership in a progressive hospital environment. The Director will oversee pharmacy operations, regulatory compliance, medication safety, budgeting, staffing, formulary management, and collaboration with physicians, nursing, and hospital leadership. Compensation is $165,000-$185,000, plus a $3,000 annual bonus and potential relocation assistance.

Qualified candidates must have a BS in Pharmacy or PharmD, an active pharmacist license, and at least 3 years of acute care inpatient hospital pharmacy experience, including 3+ years of hospital pharmacy management experience. Candidates should have strong leadership, communication, regulatory, financial, and operational skills, along with the ability to build collaborative relationships across the organization. Retail-only experience will not be considered.
