Palliative fellowship and experience in Palliative Care/Hospice required.
Inpatient coverage focused on complex ICU care (ICUs: General Medical/MedSurg, Cardio, Neuro).
Monday Friday, occasional weekend coverage.
Hospice call coverage 1:6 (call only).
