Key Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive inpatient care for trauma and acute surgical patients
• Assess patients, develop and implement treatment plans, and monitor clinical progress
• Manage high-acuity trauma and surgical cases in collaboration with surgeons and residents
• Perform procedures within scope of practice and hospital privileges; assist in the OR as needed
• Participate in rounds, patient and family education, discharge planning, and care coordination
• Maintain accurate, timely medical documentation and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide limited outpatient clinic coverage as scheduled

Requirements

• Active Colorado NP or PA license, or ability to obtain
• 1–2 years of Trauma Surgery experience preferred
