Job Description

Join a collaborative and growing urology practice just south of Boston, Massachusetts. We’re looking for an experienced Physician Assistant to partner with our team of urologists in delivering high-quality outpatient care for patients with a wide range of urologic conditions.

What you’ll do

  • Provide comprehensive evaluation, treatment, and follow-up care in an outpatient setting
  • Participate in patient education, care planning, and coordination of treatments
  • Work closely with a supportive clinical team and experienced urologists
  • No required hospital call; optional hospital call shifts available for those seeking extra clinical work and compensation

Compensation & benefits

  • Competitive salary: $120,000–$130,000 annually, commensurate with experience

Qualifications

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current Massachusetts PA license or eligibility for licensure
  • NCCPA certification required
  • DEA registration or eligibility to obtain registration
  • Two or more years of PA experience preferred; prior urology experience strongly preferred
  • Candidates with surgical or specialty outpatient experience will also be considered
  • Excellent clinical judgment, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional, patient-centered care
