Rheumatologist (Board Certified/Eligible) — Douglas, WY (Community Practice)

Seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Rheumatology physician to join a community-based practice in Douglas, Wyoming. Provide comprehensive care for patients with rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions in a supportive, long-term practice setting.

Key responsibilities

• Evaluate, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic rheumatologic and autoimmune conditions.
• Develop and adjust individualized treatment plans, including medication management and biologic therapies.
• Perform physical examinations, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and provide follow-up care.
• Educate patients and families on disease course, treatment options, and self-management.
• Coordinate care with primary care providers and other specialists.
• Maintain accurate, timely medical records and documentation in EMR.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Rheumatology.
• Active Wyoming medical license (or ability to obtain one).
• Current DEA registration.
• Current BLS (and ACLS if required by facility).
