We’re looking for Family or Internal Medicine physicians to be part of a collaborative team in Manchester, NH, delivering high-quality, accessible, patient-centered care. Our approach blends team-based care, modern technology, convenient access, and integrated in-person and virtual services—including urgent care—so clinicians can focus on meaningful patient relationships and better outcomes.

What you’ll do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care for adult patients.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, and create evidence-based treatment plans.
• Deliver preventive care and patient education on wellness and chronic disease management.
• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary care team to coordinate services and follow-up.
• Use virtual care tools and other modern technologies to improve access, continuity, and patient engagement.

Compensation & benefits

• Competitive salary range: $135,000–$290,000.

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
• Experience in outpatient primary care or a similar clinical setting preferred.
• Active, unrestricted DEA license required and must be maintained throughout employment.
• Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross; must be obtained via an approved in-person or blended course (online-only BLS, CPR, or ACLS not accepted).
