• Hospital-employed position with a well-established urology team in Maryland
• Access to 5 da Vinci robots on-site, including 2 Xi and 3 DV5 models
• Very large and efficient robotics team supporting surgical cases
• Cystoscopy suite on-site for comprehensive urologic care
• Call schedule of 1:3, transitioning to 1:4 as team grows
• APP first call evenings until 10 pm and all weekend to support work-life balance
• General urology focus; urogynecology or uro-oncology experience a plus
• Board-certified or board-eligible urologists welcome; new and experienced candidates considered
