• Mon - Fri, 8 am - 4:30 pm -- 3 days per week
• 20 sick / 80 well visit split
• Family practice outpatient setting
• Newborn through end of life patient population
• Women's health, IUD, Nexplanon, sutures, I&D, casting/splinting
• Hospital privileges required
