Job Description
We are seeking Advanced Practice Providers (NP/PA) with urgent care or emergency medicine experience to support expanding service needs across multiple Southwestern Pennsylvania urgent care sites. Providers will work independently, delivering full-scope urgent care services for patients of all ages.
Overview
- Mon-Sun, 8a-8p
- 20 shifts/month
- Provide care to patients of all ages in a fast-paced urgent care setting
- Treat common conditions including colds/flu, rashes, lacerations, abrasions, sprains, and minor burns
- Perform basic procedures such as splinting and wound care
- Refer high-acuity cases to the local emergency department
- Work independently with support from medical assistants and radiologic technologists
- EMR: Epic
Requirements
- Board Certified NP or PA
- Active state license in Pennsylvania
- DEA and CSR required
- Certifications: ACLS and BLS
- Must be comfortable seeing all ages and performing basic orthopedic and urgent care procedures
