Join a team committed to providing every pregnant patient who arrives at the hospital with experienced, consistent care. We’re looking for dedicated Obstetrics and Gynecology physicians who want to improve patient safety and satisfaction while enjoying a healthy work/life balance.

You’ll collaborate with local obstetricians in a supportive environment that values clinical excellence, clear communication, and continuous quality improvement. Ideal candidates are board-certified or board-eligible in OB/GYN, skilled in managing obstetric emergencies and inpatient care, and motivated to help shape the future of maternal and newborn services.

Locations: Opportunities available in Cary, Hendersonville, Monroe, Rocky Mount, and Winston-Salem, NC.

What you can expect:

  • Competitive compensation: $300,000–$340,000 base salary plus a full benefits package
  • Full-time hospitalist role with flexible scheduling—typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off each month)
  • No traditional on-call duties or office management responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
  • North Carolina medical license, or ability to obtain one
  • Proven ability to manage obstetric emergencies and deliver comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, and a patient-centered approach
  • Commitment to clinical excellence and ongoing improvement
