OB/GYN Hospitalist Physician — Multiple Locations, Missouri

This role provides a hospital-based obstetrics and gynecology practice focused on patient safety, quality improvement, and strong interdisciplinary communication—while supporting a superior work/life balance.

Opportunities are available in Cape Girardeau, Meridian, Osage Beach, Poplar Bluff, Sedalia, Springfield, and Warrensburg, Missouri.

Position highlights

• Competitive salary: $300,000–$340,000 annually plus a comprehensive benefits package
• Full-time hospitalist role with schedule flexibility; typically 7–9 24-hour shifts per month (about 21 days off monthly)

Requirements

• Board-certified or board-eligible in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Missouri medical license or ability to obtain licensure
• Proficiency managing obstetric emergencies and providing comprehensive inpatient OB/GYN care
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-centered skills
