- Pediatrics Physician for community-based practice serving Aroostook County, Maine. Provide patient-centered pediatric care including preventive care, acute illness, chronic disease management, specialty coordination. Flexible practice arrangements (full-time, part-time, contract).

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $190,000"$300,000 annually (based on experience, education, certifications, market conditions)

REQUIREMENTS
- MD or DO
- Board-certified/eligible in Pediatrics
- Valid Maine license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA license
- Patient-centered, community-based care commitment

FQHC or community health center experience Interest in underserved/rural populations Preventive medicine/chronic disease management Strong communication/collaboration Longitudinal patient relationship focus
