SCHEDULE & CALL
Mon-Fri 8am"5pm / Half-day Fridays
2 days OR + 2.5 days clinic + 0.5 admin/week
Protected admin time
Shared call 1:3 (advancing to 1:4 with recruitment)
Phone-based with after-hours nurse triage support
TEAM & SUPPORT
Dedicated clinic support staff for each physician
APP for team collaboration
Designated RN per physician
Full clinical and nursing support
PATIENT VOLUME & SCOPE
30+ patients/day average
Newborn to geriatrics
Full surgical and medical ENT scope
SURGICAL SERVICES
Head/neck tumors & cancer, tonsil/adenoid surgery, thyroid/parathyroid, facial plastic surgery, facial lesion/cancer removal, facial trauma, parotid gland, snoring/sleep apnea treatment, eardrum repair
MEDICAL & DIAGNOSTIC SERVICES
Voice/swallowing disorders, hearing loss, tinnitus, hearing aids, chronic sinusitis, deviated septum, ear infections, Bell's palsy, Meniere's disease, nosebleeds, onsite audiology sub-specialty
FACILITIES & RESOURCES
- 10 operating rooms
- Integrated ASC/clinic/hospital
- PET scanning, 64-slice CT, high-def endoscopy/bronchoscopy, 3-D mammo, breast MRI
- Bi-weekly tumor boards (ENT, breast, PCC, GI)
- Head/neck cancer program
- Academic teaching opportunities
- Pursuing ACS Commission on Cancer accreditation

REQUIREMENTS
- Board-certified/eligible in Otolaryngology
- Valid SC license (or ability to obtain)
- Current DEA license
- Full ENT scope + surgical skills

- Multispecialty/community hospital experience
- Head/neck cancer interest
- Leadership/service line growth interest
- Teaching/mentoring interest
- Advanced ENT procedures & audiology integration
