New practice coverage launching 11/1/2026 — come join our team in Redwood City, CA! Schedule is 24-hour, in-house shifts with a team structure of OB-GYN hospitalists. Clinical scope includes OB and GYN triage/surgery, labor & delivery management, obstetric and gynecologic emergencies, and inpatient consults. The clinical environment includes ~1,200 births annually, a Level II NICU with Medical Director support from Stanford, and Maternal-Fetal Medicine support from Stanford, with collaborative care alongside community OB/GYNs and nursing teams.

The Role:

• Location: Redwood City, CA 94062
• Assignment duration: 11/1/2026 - 1/31/2027 (91 days)
• Number of Positions: 10
• Shift Type: 24-hour, in-house shifts. Regular Hours: Required.
• In House Call: N/a.
• Cases: OB and GYN triage/surgery; Labor & delivery management; Obstetric and gynecologic emergencies; Inpatient consults.
• OT: Orientation hours 50% of standard rate; OT over 40 hours/week at extra-time standard rate. Holidays 1.25x.
• Weekend Call equals 6 Regular Hours Per Day + Premium When Called In.
• Requirements:
  
  • Board Certified in OB/GYN - REQUIRED
  • California medical license - REQUIRED
  • California DEA - REQUIRED
  • Minimum of 1 year clinical experience required - REQUIRED (preferred minimum 5 years experience)
  • Must have completed Prescreen Questionnaire (see attachment) - REQUIRED
  • CV must be in MM/YYYY format with all gaps explained - REQUIRED
  • Copy of NPDB self-query report pulled within the month of submission - REQUIRED
  • Clean background, minimal malpractice - PREFERRED
