Urology Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant opportunity in Northern Illinois

Well-respected community-based hospital looking for a Urology Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to work in Northern Illinois about an hour from Rockford, IL! 

• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
• Full-time, 40 hours Monday-Friday, 8a-5pm 
• 70% outpatient/30% inpatient
• Call 10 days per month
• Will see ages 18+
• Experience as an APP required
• Urology APP experience preferred 
• EMR used is NextGen and Cerner
• Competitive salary around 131k depending on experience, comprehensive benefits, PTO, etc
• Sits on the Rock River with its great boating, hunting, and fishing; offers the Woodlawn Arts Academy for music, performing, and visual arts lessons and classes; and maintains an active park district
