Great opportunity in Northern Indiana, just east of South Bend, for a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner join a large multi-specialty clinic.

• Board Certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
• Must have experience as PMHNP
• Outpatient setting
• Will see all ages 
• The clinic is open 8a-8p Mon-Fri but the avg provider works 8-5 with one late evening a week and a Saturday (9a-1p) every 4-5 weeks
• These clinics serve all multiple primary care services including Family Practice, Psych, Urgent Care, etc in only outpatient setting
• Must be comfortable seeing an underserved patient population
