Job Description
- Seeking a committed, patient-focused Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Dermatologist
- Join an expanding, physician-led team in the Portland, Oregon area
- Practice spans general, medical, surgical, non-surgical, and cosmetic dermatology
- Collegial, supportive culture with a strong focus on work-life balance
- 4-day workweek " no weekends, no hospital call
- Starting base salary:
- Year 1: $400,000"$500,000 based on experience, plus a production bonus
- Year 2: transitions to a productivity-based compensation model
- Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance (negotiable)
- 401(k) with safe harbor match

- Paid CME, licensing reimbursement, holidays, and PTO
- MD or DO degree
- Board-Eligible or Board-Certified in Dermatology
- Eligible for Oregon medical license
