• Join an established multidisciplinary PM&R team of 2 physicians and 2 APPs
• Primarily outpatient practice with minimal call duties
• APPs cover hospital consults Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; no weekend or holiday call
• Perform EMG, ultrasound-guided injections, neurotoxin injections, and more
• On-site physical therapy suite and Certified Athletic Trainer within the clinic
• New state-of-the-art medical office building integrating specialty and primary care
