Job Description
Seeking a Family Practice or Internal Medicine Physician for a Medical Director, Primary Care position in the Trenton, NJ area.
- Board-certified Family Practice or Internal Medicine
- Full-time Mon-Fri; 8a-5p
- Approx. 20 patients per day
- 50% Admin & 50% clinical
- See all ages or adults
- Seeking candidates with Leadership experience at the Director/Medical Director level
- Will report to the CMO
- Develop and implement clinical policies, protocols, and standards to ensure patient safety, satisfaction, and high quality care.
- Oversee the performance of physicians and other medical staff, ensuring adherence to clinical standards and organizational expectations.
- Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the medical department, ensuring efficient use of resources.
- Oversee clinical peer reviews
- Lead clinical problem-solving efforts
