Family/Internal Medicine Physician — Value-Based Primary Care (4-Day Week) — Tucson, AZ

Sign-on bonus: $30,000. We are seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Family or Internal Medicine physician to deliver comprehensive primary care for institutional patients in Tucson, Arizona. This role emphasizes value-based medicine with a focus on preventive care, chronic disease management, quality outcomes, and coordinated care for medically complex and geriatric populations within a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.

• Competitive base salary: $211,369 (range to $317,053)

Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school
• Active Arizona medical license or eligibility to obtain one
• Current DEA registration
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Experience with geriatric, post-acute, SNF/LTC, or medically complex populations preferred
• Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
