• Monday - Friday schedule, 8 am - 5 pm; no weekend clinical duties
• Phone-only call every 3rd week for excellent work-life balance
• Manageable patient census of 15 - 16 patients per day
• Strong managed care background required; Medicare Advantage experience preferred
• Bilingual in Creole required; board-certified, board-eligible, GPs, and ACNs considered
