• Join a 3-member Pediatric Cardiac Anesthesia team at a growing congenital heart program
• Hybrid practice: pediatric cardiac and general pediatric anesthesia cases
• Cardiac call in one-week rotations approximately every 3rd week; generates 2 post-call days
• Non-call weeks are daytime-only with no overnight requirements
• Academic faculty appointment with teaching, research, and quality improvement responsibilities
• Program expansion underway with case volumes expected to double
• 56 total annual days off including annual leave, sick days, CME days, and holidays
• J-1/H-1B visa support available; board-certified or board-eligible candidates considered
