• Monday - Wednesday and Friday, 8 am - 5 pm; Thursday, 1 pm - 5 pm
• 36-hour work week offering excellent work-life balance
• Serves Native American communities in Imperial County, California
• Sees patients of all ages, primarily adults
• Provides medication-assisted treatment for opioid use disorders
• Manageable patient volumes of 12 - 14 patients per day
• May provide clinical supervision for advanced practice providers
• Board-eligible or board-certified; any US state license accepted
