Job Description
- 168-hour call shifts -- Friday 7 am to Thursday 7 am
- 1 - 5 patients per shift; 1 - 15 phone consults per shift
- ER and inpatient call coverage -- no outpatient clinic
- Call response time required: under 30 minutes
- Adult and pediatric populations -- neonates not required
- Laparoscopic surgery, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, hernioplasty required
- GI endoscopy, chest tube, central line, vascular access required
- Pediatric procedures -- hernias, biliary atresia, PDA ligation required
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
- We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
- Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
