Family or Internal Medicine Physician — Outpatient Value-Based Primary Care (Dallas, TX)

Join a 100% outpatient, value-based care clinic in Dallas, TX, delivering continuity-focused, patient-centered primary care for adults 18+. Our physicians manage acute and chronic conditions, coordinate care with specialists, and emphasize prevention and long-term patient relationships.

Position highlights

• Monday–Friday schedule; some sites offer extended hours
• Supported by a dedicated Medical Assistant and clinic team
• Guaranteed base salary of $240,000 plus up to 20% annual performance bonus
• $1,250/month stipend for supervising each Nurse Practitioner

Key responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered primary care for acute and chronic conditions
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, medical histories, and risk evaluations
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver preventive care and patient education to support long-term health goals
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up with specialists and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners when applicable (stipend provided)
• Maintain punctuality to ensure timely patient access

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (ABIM) or Family Medicine (ABFM); Board Eligible applicants must be within five years of residency completion
• At least 1 year clinical experience in primary care or urgent care; supervisory experience preferred
• Active Texas medical license and valid DEA license in good standing
• Bilingual in English and Spanish strongly preferred
