This is an excellent opportunity for a Tampa-area physician who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, solving complex challenges, and having the stability of a guaranteed compensation structure.
Opportunity Overview:
- Guaranteed Annual Salary: $700,000
- 12 weeks of paid time off
- Sign-On Bonus: $105,000 ($35,000 annually over three years)
- ABA or AOBA board certification required
- Ability to assume interim medical director or other leadership roles, with supplemental leadership pay
- Work in assignments typically ranging from 3 to 6 months based on organizational needs
- Broad clinical experience and ability to perform a diverse range of anesthetic cases in both care team & personal provision models
- Cardiovascular anesthesia capabilities are a plus but not required, stipend available
- Willingness and flexibility to travel nationally
- Ability to obtain and maintain multiple state medical licenses (TeamHealth will assist with licensing needs)
