• 5 - 7 shifts per month; 24s and 48s available, 2 pm - 2 pm
• Level III NICU -- neonatology NP coverage
• 27+ weeks gestation typically; approx. 2,200 - 2,300 deliveries/year
• 20 single-family room NICU setting
• MFM onsite for support
• Procedures: vent management, intubation, umbilical lines, PICCs, chest tubes, LPs
• NRP certification required
• Surgical cases transferred -- no onsite pediatric surgery required
