Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician – Flexible Schedule, No Call, Competitive Pay

This part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role offers flexibility, collaboration with experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and a real opportunity to influence the care of post-acute and long-term patients. You’ll provide patient-centered clinical oversight at assigned facilities while partnering with advanced practice clinicians to manage daily care needs.

What the role looks like:

• Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities, typically 1–2 days per week at each site
• No fixed daily start or end times — schedule flexibility to fit your life
• No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities
• Expect to see about 18–25 visits per day

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligible for licensure
