Job Description

Join a team in Hudson, Ohio focused on high-quality care for residents of local skilled nursing facilities. This part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role offers flexibility, collaboration with experienced nurse practitioners and physician assistants, and a real opportunity to influence the care of post-acute and long-term patients. You’ll provide patient-centered clinical oversight at assigned facilities while partnering with advanced practice clinicians to manage daily care needs.

What the role looks like:

  • Part-time coverage of local skilled nursing facilities, typically 1–2 days per week at each site
  • No fixed daily start or end times — schedule flexibility to fit your life
  • No overnight shifts and no on-call responsibilities
  • Expect to see about 18–25 visits per day
  • Work in a collaborative environment where clinical leadership and clear communication are valued
  • Company-provided iPad with LTE for streamlined documentation

Who we’re looking for:

  • MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligible for licensure
  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine
  • Strong communicator with solid leadership and clinical decision-making skills
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-focused care in the post-acute and long-term care setting
