Medical Director / Attending Physician — Hospitalist for Skilled Nursing Facilities (Andover, MA)

We are recruiting a full-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical leadership and direct patient care at a skilled nursing facility in Andover, Massachusetts. This role offers flexible scheduling, a collaborative team environment, and the opportunity to impact the care of post-acute and long-term residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in partnership with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants.
• Serve as clinical leader and attending physician for assigned facility(ies), overseeing patient care, care plans, and clinical quality.
• Manage 18–25 patient visits per day, typically covering each facility 1–2 days per week.
• Complete documentation using company-provided iPad with LTE; no overnight shifts, call, or fixed start/end times.

Qualifications

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
