• Oversee integration of behavioral health services across two affiliated health systems
• Influence clinical program development and service-line strategy across all care settings
• Lead design of new psychiatric emergency program and outpatient behavioral health center
• Board-certified psychiatrist with fellowship in Child or Addiction Psychiatry required
• Minimum 7 years of medical director experience at a large academic system preferred
• Healthcare Administration degree preferred; strong leadership and collaboration skills essential
