- Pager call schedule across multiple coverage periods
- 70 deliveries per month shared among 3 providers
- Hospital setting
- OB call coverage only -- no scheduled cases, no GYN
- C-section rate: 25%
- Leave coverage
- We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
- We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
