- Mon - Thu 8 am - 5 pm, Fri 8 am - 2:30 pm
- Up to 18 patients per day -- 20-minute appointment times
- Multi-clinic setting -- willing to float across 3 clinic locations
- Includes high school clinic coverage
- Sick and well visits required
- On-call rotation for clinic and after-hours calls with team
- Hospital privileges required
- 6 - 12 month commitment preferred
- Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
- Assignment details and time entry in online portal
