Job Description
We are hiring a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner to develop and manage a PMHNP Residency Program supporting virtual and in-person services across PA, VA, NJ, and MD.
Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and manage the PMHNP Residency Program and curriculum.
- Mentor, supervise, evaluate, and provide performance feedback to PMHNP residents.
- Deliver clinical education with emphasis on pediatric and adolescent psychiatry and evidence-based care.
- Recruit, onboard, and support clinical preceptors and faculty.
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary outpatient care team to integrate residency activities with clinical services.
- Maintain program documentation, quality metrics, and compliance with accreditation and regulatory standards.
- Lead continuous program improvement and support resident and faculty professional development.
Compensation & benefits
- Salary: $140,000–$160,000 (depending on experience, licensure, and location).

Required qualifications
- Master’s degree from an accredited nursing program.
- PMHNP-BC certification.
- Active PMHNP/APRN license in PA, VA, NJ, or MD (ability to obtain additional licenses as needed).
- Minimum 3 years clinical PMHNP/CRNP experience and at least 1 year in an educational, supervisory, or leadership role.
- Strong pediatric/adolescent psychiatry knowledge and familiarity with evidence-based treatment.
- Knowledge of behavioral health regulations and residency accreditation standards.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.
