Join a highly regarded hospital-based anesthesia team in Northeast Philadelphia and enjoy an outstanding combination of compensation, flexibility, and work-life balance. This rewarding CRNA position offers your choice of 8, 10, or 12-hour shifts with no call, nights, or weekends required. The practice features a diverse case mix including general surgery, orthopedics, ENT, and outpatient procedures. While primarily assigned to one location, there may be occasional opportunities to provide coverage at nearby facilities. Experience with lines and regional anesthesia is welcomed but not required.
Compensation ranges from $227,000 to $259,000+ annually, depending on experience, along with a $75,000 sign-on bonus, premium pay opportunities for extra shifts, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, retirement plans, and PTO. Part-time schedules are also available, requiring a minimum of 10-14 shifts per month.
