Position Highlights

• Employed OB/GYN position with Desert Care Network Primary and Specialty Care.
• Growth opportunity within a newly established practice experiencing increasing demand for women's health services.
• Practice location conveniently situated across the street from Desert Regional Medical Center.
• Traditional OB/GYN practice offering a blend of obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Monday through Friday schedule, approximately 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Opportunity to build a robust patient panel in a rapidly growing market with strong community demand.
• Average clinic volume of 15+ patients per day, with significant growth potential as the practice expands.Inpatient, outpatient, procedural, and surgical volumes will evolve based on patient demand and dedicated block time.
• Call responsibilities limited primarily to your own patients, promoting an excellent work-life balance.
• No mandatory hospital call requirement; optional additional call opportunities may be available through JFK Memorial Hospital if desired.
• Access to advanced Da Vinci Xi and Da Vinci X robotic surgical systems for minimally invasive gynecologic procedures.
• Hospital privileges at Desert Regional Medical Center, a leading regional medical center serving the Coachella Valley.
• Dedicated support team including medical assistants and front-end/back-end operational staff.
• Opportunity to collaborate with and mentor Family Medicine residents who may shadow in clinic settings.
• Ideal start date approximately 90 days following execution of an agreement.
• Sign-on bonus available.
• Relocation assistance available.

Candidate Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Obstetrics & Gynecology.
• Fellowship training welcomed; board-certified candidates preferred.
• Eligible for unrestricted California medical licensure.
• Strong commitment to providing high-quality obstetric and gynecologic care.
• Interest in helping grow and shape a newly established women's health practice.
• Comfort performing a full spectrum of OB/GYN procedures.
• Interest in minimally invasive and robotic-assisted gynecologic surgery preferred.
• Ability to obtain medical staff privileges at Desert Regional Medical Center.
• Residents and fellows are encouraged to apply.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
