General Surgery APP (NP/PA) — $129K, 40-hr Week, Hospital + Clinic in Redlands, CA

Join a collaborative surgical team in Redlands, California, where you’ll use your advanced practice skills to make a real difference in patient care. This is a 40-hour per week position designed to support a healthy work-life balance while allowing you to provide hands-on surgical care in a supportive, patient-centered environment.

You’ll work closely with our surgeons to manage comprehensive pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care for general surgery patients. The role includes outpatient continuity at the hospital’s clinic across the street, thorough documentation in the electronic health record in line with hospital and SAMGI standards, and clear patient and family education to promote understanding and satisfaction. Annual workload expectations include managing roughly 34,331 visits and about 414 acute care surgical consults and admissions.

Compensation and benefits are competitive: annual pay of $129,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, and 401(k)), CME allowance, and malpractice insurance with tail coverage. You’ll be joining a stable, multi-state surgical group with over 25 years of experience.

Ideal candidates are graduates of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant programs and hold (or are eligible for) an active California NP or PA license and certification. Surgical or inpatient experience is preferred; endoscopy experience is a strong plus.
