• Day 7am - 7pm, swing 12pm - 12am, and night cross cover 7pm - 7am shifts
• Average team census of 285 daily -- 243 AM census with 40 admits per day
• Hospitalist setting
• No procedures required -- closed ICU
• ACLS certification required
