A growing, state-of-the-art practice in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC Gastroenterologist to join an established team and take advantage of an opportunity with exceptional earning potential and strong clinical support.

This is a bread-and-butter GI practice with the flexibility to perform ERCP and EUS if desired—giving you the ability to shape your practice around the procedures you enjoy.

You'll join a team that includes:

  • 2 Gastroenterologists
  • 4 APPs
  • 4 procedure suites
  • Surgical Oncology
  • General Surgery
  • Pathology
  • Additional specialty support

With dedicated procedure space and surgical and oncology resources readily available, you'll have the infrastructure to provide comprehensive care without having to build a program from the ground up.

A Practice With Flexibility

The clinical focus is bread-and-butter gastroenterology, with the opportunity to incorporate advanced procedures if that's where your interests lie.

ERCP and EUS are available—but optional.

Call is approximately 10 days per month, allowing you to maintain a predictable schedule while becoming an integral part of an established GI team.

Compensation With Real Upside

  • $700,000 base salary
  • $75 per RVU
  • Quarterly production bonus
  • $800,000–$1,000,000+ earning potential
  • $40,000 commencement bonus
  • $10,000 relocation assistance
  • PSLF-eligible site
