Internal Medicine Physician Advisor Needed in Florida CPH# JOB-3407833

• Monday - Friday schedule with hybrid flexibility; minimum 3 days on-site per week
• Full-time, hospital-employed Physician Advisor role in an acute care setting
• Lead utilization management, peer review, and clinical documentation improvement
• Collaborate with case management and physicians to address barriers to discharge
• Identify and manage observation-status patients for appropriate inpatient transitions
• M.D. or D.O. required; MBA, MPH, or MHA preferred
• Minimum 2 years of Physician Advisor experience in an acute care environment required
• Knowledge of InterQual, Milliman, or similar utilization review guidelines preferred
