• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm schedule with no weekends
• Outpatient-only, clinic-based practice with no hospital rounding
• Manageable patient panel of 20 - 25 patients per day with dedicated admin time
• Multidisciplinary team includes endocrinologists, pharmacists, dieticians, and social workers
