Urgent Care Physician and Medical Director role just SW of Joliet, IL

Urgent Care Physician and Medical Director role just 30 min SW of Joliet, IL is looking for a BE/BC Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine Physician. 

• Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine or Emergency Medicine
• Help shape clinical care across 3 Immediate Care locations, support and mentor APP's, and improve access to timely care for the communities
• 3 locations within 15 min of each other
• Full Time clinical and Medical Director position
• Majority of time dedicated to direct patient care but with protected leadership time
• No call or overnight duties - every other weekend rotations
• Predictable 4 week schedule - clinic hours are 8a-8p Mon-Fri and 8a-4p Sat-Sun
• Clinical leadership role not operational management
• $275-375K based on experience, plus production and quality incentives day one, Public Service Loan Forgiveness, educational loan repayment, relocation, and much more
