Hospitalist Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Skilled Nursing (Pratt, KS)

Join a growing team delivering compassionate, patient-centered care to residents of skilled nursing facilities in Pratt, Kansas. We’re looking for Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants who enjoy working with older adults and want to make a meaningful difference within a collaborative, team-based setting.

What you’ll do

• Provide daily rounds in the facility, managing acute and chronic conditions and developing treatment and medication plans
• Work efficient, focused shifts - six-hour facility schedules for full-time providers, with rounds typically starting between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m.
• Enjoy no overnight or on-call responsibilities
• Document care using an easy-to-use EHR that includes AI Scribe, voice dictation, and a company iPad with LTE
• Use UpToDate® for current clinical guidance at the point of care

Requirements

• Active, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
• Board certification (ANCC, AANPCB, PNCB, AACN, NCCPA, or equivalent)
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, geriatrics, or post-acute care preferred
