Part-Time Medical Director / Attending Physician – Hospitalist (Skilled Nursing, Murfreesboro TN)

We’re looking for a part-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to oversee and provide clinical care in local skilled nursing facilities. You’ll work closely with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care for post-acute and long-term care residents while offering clinical leadership and oversight in your assigned facilities.

What the role looks like

• Part-time commitment covering local skilled nursing facilities—physicians typically see each facility 1–2 days per week.
• No fixed daily start or end times, no call, and no overnight shifts.
• Expect to complete about 18–25 visits per day.
• You’ll receive a company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation.
• New graduates who are board-eligible and actively working toward licensure are welcome to apply.

Who we’re looking for

• MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine.
• Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
• A commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
